Father & Son Artisans
My Son and I have collaborated on many art pieces over the years and now work together restoring furniture and finding ways to incorpate our art and craftsmanship into new pieces. We both love the thrill of hunting for that diamond in the rough and then making our own unique art. I was a carpenter and found object artist for over 40 years and my Son Jim is an experienced muralist and fine artist.

JOHN
WOODWORKER, ARTIST
For forty years I designed, renovated, and built custom homes, retiring in 2015. Since then, I’ve been focusing on buying/selling vintage furniture and antiques. I also repurpose and create custom furniture.
My good fortune is now collaborating with my son Jim to bring these interesting pieces to the public. Jim brings excellent refurbishing/refinishing skills, and an artists touch to the enterprise.

FINE ARTIST, DESIGNER
JIM
Jim is a fine artists and creative project leader who brings his skills as a painter and furntiure refinisher to our antique business when he's not out painting murals or facilitating artistic programming for local organizations. With a broad skillset in the arts, including his training as a Trompe L'oiel muralist, Jim works wonders on the vintage materials and furniture we find. Jim's own business, In the Paint Projects, is dedicated to creating programs that serve underserved populations, bringing people of different backgrounds together to create something meaningful.
